REMOTE IT REQUEST PROCEDURE

  • Submit a Ticket via our 24/7 Help Desk
  • Once the ticket has been received one of our support agents will contact you by email to initiate a remote session if required.
  • The Support Engineer will be assigned and will guide you through the process of setting up a secure session so the issues can be assessed and necessary diagnosis can be conducted.
  • Once diagnosis is complete the support engineer will resolve the issue if it is under system warranty or under a preventative maintenance agreement. 
  • If this is a request for a paid service you will be directed to the payment portal. 
  • Once the payment is approved the support engineer will provide you with a solution to your issue(s) and close your case.
  • You will be sent an email with a summary of our work and an opportunity to provide feedback on your experience.
  • Tax Invoice will be provided for the all the work conducted.
